Groundworks

CSL offers the preparation of ground, constructing sub-structure elements and floor slabs, and generally readying the site for above-ground construction to commence.

Haulage

We import and/or export construction materials to and from site. The ability to taxi these materials is through our extensive fleet of hauling vehicles.

Civil Engineering

We build, supervise, operate, construct and maintain infrastructure projects and systems in the public and private sector, including roads, buildings, bridges, and systems for water supply and sewage treatment.

Foundations

We excavate, prepare and pour foundations to provide the firm footing for the structure to safely stand on.

CAD Surveys

A CAD survey is a measured building survey, produced using CAD (computer-aided design). Architects, engineers and surveyors use this software to put together precise images of elements of a building, including all structural and architectural elements.
